Great spot for a getaway! The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Staff were helpful and accommodating, making adjustments effortlessly. It's ideally located near shops and restaurants. Just a heads up, there's no elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs. A lovely experience!

the bathroom had been recently updated, and everything was impeccably clean. I appreciated the easy check-in process and the excellent heating in the room, especially during the chilly weather. the hotel was decorated beautifully, and I loved that it felt so homely. being just a short walk to the town center, I found plenty of dining options nearby as well as lovely parks and riverside walks to enjoy.

The air conditioning started dripping at 4 a.m., soaking the carpet. I had to turn it off and clean up myself. I reported it, but no one called back. It was only fixed later, ruining my night's sleep!

Excellent facilities, windows that will open, complimentary DVDs, friendly very helpful service, walking distance to resturants and Oasis Leisure Centre and swimming pool

We recently stayed for a few nights while exploring the area, and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The apartment was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a great kitchen and lounge. The access code feature eliminated worries about losing keys, and the mattress was extraordinarily comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We particularly appreciated the helpful staff who quickly addressed an issue with our A/C, offering an upgrade but we chose to stay in our lovely ground-floor room. Fresh milk in the fridge and a choice of pillows were good touches.

Very clean - spotless, decor simple and very smart. Staff very helpful and friendly - lots of information available for things to do in Wagga. Close to town to walk to restaurants. Close to river for early morning walk - very pleasant. Quiet and lovely dark curtains for very peaceful sleep - great pillows
